The practice is for those who are interested in relating to their body as energetic expression, as a whole conduit of sensing and moving.
So it is for those interested in longevity and self expression , not just to only learning the next new skill.
As a practice, it does intentionally open up to more non linear and more rhythmic forms. All as genuine attempts to cultivate effective tools for self care, self regulation and enhanced kinetic potentials.
The forms proposed want to offer simple and modular templates of inquiry (test and taste) of the diverse joint articulations, coordinations, balances and force transferring. In space, with breath.

I do speculate that such approach to practice can have the potentials to be incredibly self empowering and utterly infinite, which yes it could be a beautiful definition of wellbeing.
